I have a wonderful husband--Bryan--whom I adore with all my heart. I love spending time with him because we have quite a bit in common, so we have a lot of fun in the process. As for my college degrees, I have a double Bachelor's with majors in both English and history. I have a dual specialization in both subjects: Postmodern and Young Adult Literature, and Ancient Chinese and Medieval history, respectively. I'm also a huge fan of anything and everything related to DC Comics--especially Batman. As a matter of fact, my dissertation is a study of how Postmodernism blends with modern folklore and fairy tales in the Batman mythos.
I'm also a proponent of having a positive outlook on life, and I strongly believe that life should be fun, and not viewed as a chore or a hassle. As a result, I have a fairly laid-back personality, and I try not to worry too much, especially about things that are beyond my control anyway. I try to practice compassion whenever possible, and love to both laugh and see other people laughing.
